Ingredients

  • 4 sirlion steaks, 1 inch thick
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp sweet paprika
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Olive oil spray

    Spices: Combine the spices in a small bowl.

    Prep Steak: Spray the steak with olive oil and coat both sides with the spices.

    Cook: For 1-inch steak, air fry at 400°F / 204°C for 10 minutes (medium rare) or 12 minutes (medium). Flip halfway through.

    Salt: Finish with a pinch of salt and black pepper.

    Rest: Let the steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
