Prep: Place butternut squash in the air fryer basket and spray with olive oil.
Air Fry: Cook for 20 to 23 minutes at 340°F / 171°C, shaking a few times through out.
Seasoning: Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine onion powder, garlic powder, sweet paprika, cayenne, salt, and brown sugar.
Oil: When squash is tender, drizzle olive oil and toss to mix.
Spices: Add the spice mixture and toss to coat, cook 3 to 4 more minutes. Serve hot.
