Ingredients

  • 1 bunch kale, stemmed and torn into large pieces
  • 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup finely grated Parmesan
  • Kosher salt
  • Black pepper
  • Optional seasonings (everything bagel, smoked paprika, red pepper flakes, or garlic powder)

    Season: Toss kale with oil and lemon juice, ensuring even coating. Add Parmesan and seasonings.

    Air Fry: Arrange kale in single layer and cook at 350°F / 176°C until edges start browning, 3-5 minutes.

    Cool: Transfer to sheet pan and let cool in single layer. Chips will continue crisping as they cool.
