Baked Potato

Ingredients

  • 4 medium russet or Idaho potatoes
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Olive oil spray
  • Optional: toppings (sour cream, butter, chives, etc)

    Prep: Using a fork, pierce the potatoes all over.

    Potatoes: Spray each potato with a few spritzes of oil and season with 1/4 tsp salt.

    Air Fry: Arrange in the basket, air fry for 400°F / 204°C until a knife can easily be inserted into the center of each potato, about 35 to 40 minutes. Turn halfway through.

    Serve: Split open, top with remaining salt, pepper, and favorite toppings.
