Apple Cider Donuts

Ingredients

  • 2 cups apple cider, reduced
  • All-purpose flour
  • Light brown sugar
  • Baking powder and soda
  • Spices (cinnamon, ginger)
  • Cold butter
  • Cold milk
  • Cinnamon sugar coating

    Reduce Cider: Boil cider until reduced by half, cool completely.

    Make Dough: Mix dry ingredients, work in cold butter, add reduced cider and milk.

    Shape: Pat dough, cut into donuts with cutter.

    Air Fry: Cook at 375°F / 190°C for 12 minutes, flipping halfway.
