Ingredients

  • 1 medium zucchini
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Cooking spray
  • 1/4 cup yogurt
  • Fresh basil
  • Garlic, salt, pepper

    Prep: Slice zucchini 1/8-inch thick. Salt and let drain 10 minutes, then pat dry.

    Season: Spray with cooking oil, sprinkle with Parmesan and garlic powder.

    Air Fry: Cook at 370°F / 187°C for 7-8 minutes until golden-brown.

    Serve: With herbed yogurt dip.
