Crispy Avocado Fries

Ingredients

  • 3 medium ripe but firm Hass avocados
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp Tajín seasoning (optional)
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 large egg, lightly beaten
  • Chipotle mayo or ranch for dipping (optional)

Instructions

    Prep: Mix crushed panko with seasonings and oil. Cut avocados into 8 slices each.

    Coat: Dip slices in egg then panko mixture.

    Cook: Air fry at 350°F / 176°C for 8 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden.

    Serve: With dipping sauce.
