Ingredients

  • 1 medium sweet potato
  • 1 tbsp canola oil
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 3/4 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • Pinch cayenne (optional)
  • Cooking spray

    Prep: Slice potato 1/8 inch thick. Soak in water 20 minutes, then dry thoroughly.

    Season: Toss dried slices with oil and seasonings.

    Air Fry: Cook at 360°F / 182°C for 19-22 minutes until golden and crisp.

    Cool: Transfer to paper towels - chips will crisp as they cool.
