Homemade Potato Chips

Ingredients

  • 1 medium russet potato
  • 1 tbsp canola oil
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

    Prep: Slice potato 1/8 inch thick. Soak in ice water 20 minutes, then dry thoroughly.

    Season: Toss dried slices with oil and salt.

    Air Fry: Cook at 370°F / 187°C for 15-18 minutes until golden, shaking every 4 minutes.

    Finish: Season with extra salt while hot. Best served same day.
