Ingredients

  • Refrigerated pie crust
  • Pie filling of choice
  • 1 large egg
  • Water
  • Coarse sugar for topping

Instructions

    Prep: Cut pie crust into 3.5-inch rounds.

    Fill: Add 1 tbsp filling to half the rounds, brush edges with water.

    Seal: Top with remaining rounds, crimp edges with fork.

    Air Fry: Cook at 350°F / 176°C for 6-7 minutes until golden.
