Ingredients

  • 2 medium summer squash
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Extra salt for serving

    Prep: Slice squash into rounds. Salt and drain 15 minutes, then pat dry.
