Potato Wedges

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs russet potatoes
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
  • Dipping sauce of choice

    Prep: Cut potatoes into wedges, soak in cold water 20 minutes. Dry thoroughly.

    First Cook: Toss with 2 tbsp oil and salt. Air fry at 380°F / 193°C for 20 minutes, shaking halfway.

    Season: Toss with remaining oil and Old Bay seasoning.

    Finish: Air fry 10-15 minutes more until deep golden-brown.

    Serve: Immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
