Ingredients

  • 4 thick slices challah or brioche
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2/3 cup half-and-half
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 2 tsp orange zest
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 4 tbsp butter, melted
  • Cooking spray

    Prep Batter: Whisk eggs, half-and-half, cornstarch, sugar, orange zest, cinnamon, and melted butter.

    Dip: Quickly coat bread slices in egg mixture.

    Air Fry: Cook at 400°F / 204°C for 4 minutes per side until golden.
