Ingredients

  • 30 oz chicken thighs
  • BBQ Sauce: ketchup, vinegar, honey, Worcestershire
  • Spice rub: brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder
  • Olive oil
  • Optional: liquid smoke

Instructions

    Season: Rub chicken with oil and spice mixture.

    First Cook: Air fry at 400°F / 204°C until 160°F / 71°C internal, about 12-15 minutes.

    Sauce: Brush with BBQ sauce, flip and sauce again.

    Finish: Cook 6-8 minutes more until sauce is sticky and chicken reaches 175°F / 79°C.

    Rest: Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
