  • Salt and pepper
  • Silicone liner for basket

    Prep: Preheat to 300°F / 148°C, place butter in lined basket to melt 1-2 minutes.

    Mix: Whisk eggs and salt in a bowl until well combined.

    Cook: Increase to 310°F / 154°C. Pour eggs into liner, cook 2 minutes.

    Finish: Stir eggs, cook 4-5 minutes more until set. Season with pepper.
