Turtle Cheesecake

Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 6 tbsp butter, melted
  • 12 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • Chocolate sauce
  • Caramel sauce
  • Chopped toasted pecans

    Make Crust: Mix graham crumbs, sugar, and butter. Press into 7-inch springform pan.

    Make Filling: Beat cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, lemon juice, vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time.

    First Bake: Cook at 300°F / 148°C for 15 minutes.

    Second Bake: Reduce to 240°F / 115°C for 20 minutes more. Center will be jiggly.

    Cool & Chill: Cool completely, then chill 4+ hours. Top with sauces and pecans.
