  • Medium golden potatoes
  • Olive oil
  • Flaky sea salt
  • Black pepper
  • Unsalted butter
  • Scallions

    Prep: Make thin vertical slits in potatoes, not cutting through bottom.

    Season: Rub with oil, salt and pepper.

    Air Fry: Cook at 400°F / 204°C for 30 minutes until tender and crispy.
