Ingredients

  • 2 (1-1.25 lb) Cornish hens
  • Olive oil
  • Lemon
  • Fresh rosemary
  • Poultry seasoning
  • Garlic and onion powder
  • Paprika
  • Optional bacon slices
  • Salt, pepper, sugar

Instructions

    Prep: Dry brine hens uncovered in fridge 1-24 hours.

    Season: Rub with oil and seasonings. Place lemon and rosemary in cavity.

    Air Fry: Cook at 380°F / 193°C for 20 minutes breast down, flip and cook 15-20 minutes more.

  • 4

    Rest: Let rest 10 minutes before serving.
