Ingredients

  • 1 small spaghetti squash (2 lbs)
  • Olive oil
  • Marinara sauce
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh basil
  • Panko breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper

    Prep: Cut squash in half, scoop out seeds. Brush with oil, season.

    First Cook: Air fry at 400°F / 204°C for 20-25 minutes cut side up.

    Fill: Shred squash with fork, mix with sauce and cheeses.

    Finish: Top with panko mixture, air fry 5-7 minutes until crispy.
