  • 6 chicken drumsticks
  • Baking powder
  • Curry powder
  • Kashmiri chili powder
  • Garlic powder
  • Sugar and salt
  • Olive oil
  • Fresh cilantro
  • Cucumber, yogurt, herbs
  • Ground spices

    Season: Mix spices with baking powder. Pat chicken dry, coat with spice mix and oil.
