Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs, bone-in skin-on
  • 1.5 lbs Yukon Gold potatoes
  • Fresh garlic and thyme
  • Lemon zest and juice
  • Dried oregano
  • Olive oil
  • Fresh dill
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

    Marinate: Mix garlic, thyme, lemon zest, oil, oregano for chicken. Marinate 30+ minutes.

    Prep Potatoes: Cut into wedges, soak in water while chicken marinates.

    Cook Chicken: Air fry at 400°F / 204°C for 22-25 minutes, flipping once.

    Cook Potatoes: Air fry at 400°F / 204°C for 20-25 minutes, tossing often.

    Finish: Top with fresh dill and lemon.
